Editing personal dictionaries When Adobe GoLive questions a word during spellchecking, you can add the questionable word to your personal dictionary and have Adobe GoLive recognize the word as correct in the future. You can use the Spell Checker preferences to add words in advance to your personal dictionary, as well as edit and delete words in the dictionary. In addition, the Spell Checker preferences lets you create a personal dictionary for each language that you have installed. (To use additional languages, you must install them using the custom install option on the Adobe GoLive CD.). ![]() To edit a personal dictionary: 1 Choose Edit > Preferences. 2 Click Spell Checker in the left pane of the Preferences dialog box. 3 Choose a set of spelling rules in the Personal Dictionary pop-up menu in the Spell Checker Preferences dialog box. 4 To edit a word in the personal dictionary, click to select the desired word. In the text box below the scrolling window, enter a new word and press Enter. 5 To add a new word to the personal dictionary, click New, enter a new word in the text box below the scrolling window, and press Enter. 6 To delete a word from the personal dictionary, click to select the desired word, and click Delete. 7 Click OK.
